Frozen seafood and vegetarian foodservice supplier Paramount 21 has announced that its gluten-free range has been certified by Coeliac UK and is now licensed to carry the crossed grain symbol. Research carried out by Coeliac UK found that 77% of Coeliac UK members are more likely to buy a product with crossed grain symbol certification compared with a product that has not been certified. <read more>
